This level 1 is a 12-week educational program with a focus on building your psychological strengths and skills. You will gain greater awareness about your own behaviour, inner process and choices and learn more about yourself and relationships. The aim is to use your new learning to help you function in an emotionally healthy manner.

You will be assigned lessons by the trainer and they will help you process your assignments. The lessons are designed to give you psychological information, as well as skill practice and the program is structured so that you will build the skills systematically.
The six phases you will be learning are:
Sharon Loeschen, the developer of Satir Coaching and Mentoring program. Sharon is a psychotherapist, teacher and trainer of over 40 years. She is the author of Enriching Your Relationship with Yourself and Others, The Satir Process, The Secrets of Satir and Systematic Training in the Skills of Virginia Satir.
